Machine Adjuster

What we look for:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English; reading, writing and speaking
• Previous supervisory experience in a production environment, paper or plastics is preferred
• Ability to train and lead staff
• Ability to follow and give directions
• Strong mechanical ability
• Physically able to perform all aspects of the job; be on your feet entire shift, bending, reaching, walking, lifting up to 50lbs
• Flexibility and reliability, shift work is required
